Interference of Mir Faraj Allah's brother-in-laws, 1928
Includes a telegram by the attorney of Mir Faraj Allah Rizayi complaining against the Court of Justice in Kurdistan, claiming that his client's brother-in-laws, who are also his paternal cousins, have used their influence on the court and interfered with the property cases involving his client. Therefore, he deems the court partial and requests that his client's case be transferred to a court in Kirmanshah, Hamadan, or Garus. In a letter to the Ministry of Justice, the Majlis asks for an investigation.

Letter from eight landowners (from Charamlah) to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma. The letter includes a report about peasants of Charamlah buying sheep, the problems of this transaction for the peasants, the possibility of their migration to Kurdistan, and having twenty women sent among the peasants to stop them from migrating.

Settlement regarding Taraziyah Khanum's inheritance, 1903
The Catholics of Kurdistan claim that Taraziyah Khanum, daughter of Khvajah Bavi Masihi (Christian), endowed all her belongings to the Catholic Church of Kurdistan before her passing. This is confirmed by Khalifah Yusuf, the head of Chaldean Catholics of Tehran, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, Taraziyah Khanum's husband claims that she transferred her belongings to him in the presence of witnesses. A settlement is made to resolve the dispute, according to which five thousand tumans from her inheritance is paid to the church and the rest of her belongings go to her husband....

One document transfers half of Khushab village from Muhammad Salih, son of Muhammad Mahdi, to his wife, Fatimah Khanum, daughter of Muhammad ʻAli Khan (governor of Saqqiz) in April 1875; the other document indicates that Fatimah Khanum is selling the same property to ʻAbd al-Razzaq, son of Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam, and Sayyid ʻUbayd Allah, son of Rahmat Allah, on December 21,1875.
